Sturdy door and nice quality - the weight of it makes it seem like a pricier door. It is solid but with the mdf outer- well let’s just say be careful your contractor doesn’t place it in a place with standing water. The good news is the swelling that occurs dries out but you have to let it sit for days. The other thing is the primer on it is super glossy and even after sanding isn’t the easiest to paint. It's only 1 3/8 thick and pine, so you are getting what you pay for. I took it to a door shop to have the holes drilled for the lock sets, and for the hinges. The doors were extremely well packaged is such a way as to NOT add a lot of bulk but to protect the doors from the normal shipping damage that can occur. Wood blocking all around to protect edges, extra pad on corners, two layers of foam in front and back (already removed in the picture). High quality doors (as expected).
