Beautiful table. Nice sleek style but be prepared for 1-2 replacements and needing to be present for delivery. I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. This is a beautifully crafted table in a rich espresso color. The tabletop features a unique and stunning pattern in espresso and black. Once assembled, it becomes a centerpiece that will likely earn many compliments. I will be thrilled when the matching sideboard is delivered. This set has truly transformed my dining room. ❤️ The original order was replaced and arrived in two separate shipments. The boxes were slightly damaged, and there was a small scuff on one corner of the table. I was able to fix it using a furniture touch-up kit. A small 1” x 2” wood inlay piece was missing from the leaf. Additionally, an extra box with two pedestals was delivered. I still gave five stars because when I contacted customer service, they resolved all the issues. The extra box has already been picked up, and the missing wood inlay was ordered from the vendor. Here are a few details from my experience: Shipping & Packaging: The table arrived in one large, heavy box. It was packaged very securely, which I appreciated given the weight of the solid oak. Quality & Aesthetics: The material is excellent. You can feel the quality of the solid wood, and the color is beautiful—true to the online photos. It’s a sturdy, well-made piece of furniture. Assembly Tips: Assembly is mostly just attaching the four legs. However, I encountered two small issues: Manual Error: The included instructions were slightly inaccurate. They showed an external nut setup, but the actual product uses internal screws that thread directly into the legs. Hardware Issue: One of the leg’s internal threadings was a bit worn/damaged, making it difficult to align the screw. It took a lot of patience to get it started correctly—make sure not to force it, or you might cross-thread it. Tools: A simple hex key (Allen wrench) is included and is all you need for the job.
