This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . It looks pretty good when fully installed. Assembly instructions are HORRIBLE. It slides open easy enough, but there's not enough space to store all the extensions underneath and no owners manual. You have to get a bit creative. The power cord and USB cable for the lights make no sense whatsoever. There is no where to port the cables through to plug in, very inconvenient. Overall, it's OK. Table is the perfect size for my dining room. It opens up easy. The leaves have a great locking mechanism and are very sturdy.
