I love the table for the price. The quality looks good. The white glove special delivery was suburb! The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because of the last picture shown. This is the top of the table. The description with the pictures on the website looked like it was a smooth top. It is not. These lines are in the center of the table and around the edge of the top about 3" from the ends all away around. Absolutely love our new table and chairs! We wanted all 6 of the padded seat & back chairs, and the Wayfair customer service representative helped us replace the ladder-back chairs in our order. The 6 chairs arrived earlier than the table, but we finally received the table on 12/31. Assembly of chairs and table was straightforward. My husband and I were able to get them all put together ourselves. We are SO happy with the results! Without the extension leaf, the table seats 4 comfortably and could accommodate 6 in a pinch. With the leaf, there is generous seating for 6. The table is very sturdy and heavy. The chairs are very comfortable. I wanted a larger table that could seat up to eight, but I didn’t need it at all times, so this leaf table was perfect. The table and chairs are well made and sturdy, the cushions and just the right softness, and the leaf stores inside the table easily, so it’s easy to use when you need it and hide when you don’t. The manufacturer included tools in each hardware bag in case you discarded some along the way and there were more reinforcements than I’ve seen in modern furniture. Very nice table. Have gotten many compliments. My dog already scratched it but he is very big so I don’t think it gets easily scratched. It is very easy to extend on one side. The other side needs a little more force. The table wasn’t bad putting together but the chairs were a little more challenging. Couldn’t find the instructions in the first 3 boxes of chairs, had to go digging. Will need power screwdriver for some of the screws. The chairs are very comfortable.
