I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. loved the table. but took all metal off (extension suports and extra metal feet part) - much better crude, only wood. when we need extensions, will pickup in the garage. after some months have passed....... the wood covering is just a cover, it chips and cracks - very sad, because the table is beautiful - but it won't last long years..
