Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. I wanted something with cushion, not bulky, easy to wipe off and would fit and move nicely in and out around the table. These are the chairs you want! I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. The table top has 3 significant chips out of the top layer exposing the particle board but I am still giving a 5 star rating because it was very easy to send photos of these areas on Wayfair’s app and they shipped both replacement pieces out right away at no charge for the parts or the shipping and I do not have to send the chipped pieces back so excellent customer service!.
