Unfortunately this came with incorrect hardware and extremely vague instructions. The screws supplied are much smaller than the holes in the plate meant to attach the stand to the desktop and there are no pre-drilled holes. According to the instructions no hardware was missing but it doesn’t work as is. With a trip to the hardware store we made it work but it took some DIY.
