Very nice office chair, something you will have for decades with the high quality leather! I would probably have opted out of the massage feature if it was cheaper without, as its just vibrations and not rollers, plus requires you to be tethered to a wall socket or extension cord, however, the overall quality of the chair and materials are excellent!. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move. Otherwise, it is a great looking chair if you don’t mind pulling that lever all day. The leather is quite good. The heat and ventilation are really weak. The vibration works well.. Anonymous. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. You can lock it in anyplace on the recline. The controls are a little bit out of reach but ok. I love the style of the arms, but wish they fit under tge desk.. Dan. NC. Wed Mar 18 2026

Love love love this desk! I’ve had it for about 5 years now and it is a really solid piece of furniture and worth the money in my opinion. It has a ton of storage, a really nice roomy workspace for my two large screens, my laptop on a stand, and for papers and whatever else ends up scattered across my desk! The drawers open nicely and smoothly, and the two file cabinets are great. And I love that I can keep my phone charger and another charger plugged in inside the top drawer, and the cord pass-through at the back of the desk is nice to help keep all those ugly cords organized and out of the way. These chairs are very high quality and sturdy. It’s difficult to find office chairs that the seat height is at least 20” and these fit the bill. There is a slight degree difference in the pitch of the seat front and slightly lower at the rear which is perfect for comfort, posture and keeping the seat at my preferred height. The only complaint are the directions for putting together the round base - there is a correct side - make sure you insert the hydraulic mechanism first to figure out the top and bottom before installing the wood covers.
