Purchased the product October 2024 and this is what it looks like today, August 2026. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move. Otherwise, it is a great looking chair if you don’t mind pulling that lever all day. The leather is quite good. The heat and ventilation are really weak. The vibration works well.. Anonymous. Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests. It took me a bit to figure out how to lock them and due to my height I use them to get on the chair so I really need them secure so I don’t hurt myself.
