The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move. Otherwise, it is a great looking chair if you don’t mind pulling that lever all day. The leather is quite good. The heat and ventilation are really weak. The vibration works well.. Anonymous. So far I like it. It is super comfortable, and gives good lumbar support. The wheels are not great on carpet, but I have a desk mat, so no worries. The tension doesnt seem to hold, and I have to adjust and tighten it every so often. I am 62, and weight 238lbs, and it holds and supports me fine. If you need a high headrest, this one falls a little short. Not an issue for me though. We shall see how it holds up. Assemble this in the room you want it in. While it was easy, getting the back on was a little challenging with just one person. Dont screw the arms to the seat completely...else it makes securing the back a little challenging.. Kevyn.
