First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON. Definitely not a chair for smokers. There is a warning in the instructions to not use the chair in the vicinity of open flame or flammable combustible chemicals. That's a little bit concerning to me. And it is something that should have been more prominently disclosed in the online description. I probably would have changed my selection. Aside from that the chair was relatively easy to assemble, although the final steps would probably be easier with two people, so if you're a singleton you definitely want to be aware of that fact. And it's brand new state, the chair functions as it should and is very comfortable. We'll see what things are like in 6 to 12 months.. Earlene. Lancaster, PA. Sun Oct 18 2026
