It is an awesome cantilever style umbrella, it is heavy and really easy to put together two observations is that the cover for the base is not included, so you have to be careful not to trip over the cross base. Upon some quick research it is possible to buy here on Wayfair too so you don’t have to make two separate orders. Oh my! This umbrella is HUGE. I misread the description and thought that there would be a base with it but you have to either buy a weighted based or a mount that goes into the ground. I finally located the base that this umbrella is compatible with (you fill it with water) but I’m inclined to think it may not be enough counterbalance when the umbrella is in its full extended version. This umbrella is absolutely huge—great coverage, but definitely something to consider if you have a smaller patio. It takes up more space than you might expect. It’s extremely durable and very heavy, which makes it feel sturdy and secure. One thing that isn’t obvious in the product images is that the base is also massive. As you can see in my photos, it has a large footprint, so you’ll want to plan your layout accordingly. That said, the quality is excellent. At the 300 price point, you truly get what you pay for. Love this big monstrosity of a cantilever umbrella - we haven’t had a chance to use it yet and it’s in little cover - but so far so good - it was a bit difficult to put together and you definitely need two people men preferably, lots of sand bags and water -but in the end I am sure you’ll be happy with it.
