My experience with Wayfair was wonderful. This mattress is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions said to let it sit for 48 hours so it can expand which we're doing at the moment. I love this mattress. When I was shopping for one I knew I wanted something alittle more firm than the one I had been using and this one is perfect. I was very shocked This came rolled up in a tiny little box. However, it does seem that it is now getting firmer.The edges look a little saggy All in all, it is a very pretty looking mattress. if it does not fully expand or still looks weird tomorrow.I will come in and change my review.Otherwise, I will update after a couple days once it says its done will update how I like sleeping on it. The packaging was simple and easy to open, which I appreciated right away. Unlike some boxed mattresses that practically explode the moment the plastic is cut, this one expands in a much calmer and safer way. It slowly drew in air and took about two hours to really look like a mattress, then continued settling overnight until it reached its full shape. Comfort wise, this mattress definitely lives up to its extra firm description. It has very little give, yet feels supportive rather than hard. The breathable foam construction also helps it feel comfortable through the night. I chose the 10” thick version and think it would be especially good for a bunk bed, daybed, trundle, RV, or guest room where a dependable low profile mattress is needed.
