Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. It probably would have been ready around 24 hours, but we followed the directions and let it sit the full 72. It also had no smell, which was a plus. Soft and firm at the same time. I got this for my daughter to go with her new twin canopy bed (still being assembled).
