This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable. This is Leighton Hall’s most popular table. It is made-to-order in the Leighton Hall shop. It has the perfect combination of size, proportion, and eye appeal. The LH-7 is a Sheraton-style dining table with "D" shaped ends. It features a swirly-crotch mahogany field, black/white and exotic wood inlays, and satinwood and pau ferro borders with a three-beaded edge.
