Thanks to its removable leaf, this rectangular table seats anywhere from six to 10 people comfortably: Think of all the holiday dinners you'll be hosting.

Update December 2025: with minimal use and a protective cover, this table has issues with the top. The inlay seemed to shrink? I added a photo of the gap. I only found out today when I removed the cover (it was time for a new one, which I have done once before because, again, minimal use). I am not even sure how to fix this... .... To be fair, this was just delivered. The table is solid and hefty. The color is very dark, almost a gray black, which is fine by me. You definitely need 2 people to put this together - I opted to have installation and I don't regret it! The table is big even without the leaf (see pic with chairs - yes, I have 8 chairs but took 2 out for a better pic). Either end space doesn't pull up close to the table because of the legs, but when you sit in the chair it is very comfortably spaced. Under the table, when sitting on the side chairs, it is very comfortable too, with decent elbow room (yes, even whithout the leaf and 3 chairs per side). Like others said, around the top's edge is a gap so you might need toothpicks to clean the groove, but it isn't obnoxious. The leaf gap is tight with the clamps in place, so that is also good. The extension mechanism is a chain wheel so it is smooth to pull apart. That said, i would assume it needs to be checked every so often. I can't speak to that since I just got the table.. Sheri. This is a wonderful bed frame. I’d really give it 4.5 stars to be honest… I only have two issues really. 1) The storage drawers simply slide under the bed…they are not attached in anyway. To me this isn’t the biggest deal but I assumed they would have been attached to the frame in some way vs. simply sliding under on caster wheels 2) A portion of the bed frame came in damaged. Considering how many pieces there were…the fact that only 1 came in damaged…I will consider a win. Plus I am certain that Wayfair will make it right. The frame is well constructed. I put it together myself in a few hours. The directions were self explanatory and easy to follow. For the price absolutely amazing! It’s a bit of a change for us because we switched from a HUGE oak table so it feels very lightweight to me but I might be skewed a little in that feeling. I looveee how non invasive the base of the table is - it allows so much more leg room and really brightens our kitchen. The table top is 3 separate slats of wood so the only thing I’ll add is that there are slight gaps and doesn’t lay perfectly aligned but depending on your usepreferences it may or may not matter to you.
