I couldn’t find a better picture, but I really loved this couch. It was easy to clean and held up well since my initial purchase in 2023. I also loved that the decorative pillows came with it because they matched the couch perfectly and made it look really nice in my living room. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats. I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. The couch arrived in 8 boxes two separate deliveries. The boxes were MASSIVE, so be sure you have a place to bring them into. Or are ready to start assembling asap. Everything was meticulously packaged, and we received all the items needed. The couch took maybe 30 minutes to “assemble” Super simple process, just snapping each piece together snapping the backs armrests on. This couch is GORGEOUS y’all. Seating for SO MANY people. And just generally looks beautiful in any space. It’s BIG, to where it looks grand, but gladly, the footprint is small. The seating is very firm, but super comfortable. I love my new couch. This is a very nice modular sectional sofa. It looks exactly as pictured. We did find that there were some missing parts but Wayfair quickly got us in touch with the manufacturer and they sent replacements pretty quickly. This was easy to put together once we finally had all the parts needed. The only thing I don't like about this sectional is that the bottom couch cushions do not attach firmly to the base of the couch underneath it looks like wooden slates similar to what you would find on a platform bed and the couch cushions tend to slide around as you sit on them. They are still very comfortable but it is a little annoying to have to readjust the couch cushions every day because they slide and move around. We plan on purchasing some Velcro with adhesive backing to add to the bottom of the cushions so that they stay in place. recently purchased this couch, and overall, I’m quite pleased with it. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly with my living room decor. The materials feel durable, and the build quality is solid. That said, the cushions are firmer than I expected. It’s not uncomfortable, but it does require a bit of a break-in period. From what I’ve read, this is common with new couches, and regular use should help soften the cushions over time.
