I am on my second week of owning this machine. Just after the fifth coffee, as it is mentionEd in manual, i noticed a difference in taste and look. Great aromas and taste plus that yellow layer on top. Is that what they call cream? I wake up looking forward to my coffee treat. The foam i make with the milk steamer brings back scents of childhood. Same smell of when my parents boiled milk to prepare our bottles. I no longer feel I want to buy any capuccinos or espressos or coffees anywhere. Mine are better! I even sprinkle some organic cacao powder and cinnamon powder on top. I have to offer a coffee and share the treat with every person who walks in my home. I was hesitant about spending this kind of money on coffee. I felt it was extravagant.
