I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I’m a 71 year old senior so I really appreciate the fact that Wayfair made sure my chair was properly installed and safe. It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. It is a beautiful chair but it is very tall and takes over the room. I’m not sure if it is going to work for the space I bought it for. It is hard to keep it in the layback position. Recliner is of decent quality for the money. It’s a light piece of furniture but it’s practical and very comfortable. The material is soft and durable.
