Rug is beautiful. Lays pretty flat right away with a felt rug pad underneath. It is on the thinner side so you definitely want a felt rug pad. It is actually pretty soft to the touch (way softer than a jute or sisal rug). It doesn’t smell at all and was packaged well with several moisture absorbing packets. I love this rug! And as you can tell from the photo, my dogs do too! It’s a jute blend so it’s not soft like some of my other rugs, but I plan on putting this in a three season room once I move. I think it’ll go perfectly in that soace and the natural colors will blend perfectly. The size is great and the design is super cute.
