We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Couldn't wait for it to arrive. Delivery was sort if iffy, delivery person left this heavy box at the bottom of a four step deck and did not knock out notify me of the delivery. I'm a senior. Otherwise the product alone is wonderful and easy to assemble. I must say that I ordered the Red color and found it not so red compared to your photo, it is more one shade under red. It’s a power recliner, it’s very comfortable and easy to keep clean.
