I am very unhappy with this product - I purchased 2 of these (2 chairs x two) in anticipation of my new home - purchased in May 2025 - moved into my new home late July 2025 - I have since spoken with a Wayfair representative. I would really like a refund on this - I do understand there is a return window, & I understand that I have exceeded the return. please give further direction for resolution to this problem.
