Wasn’t hard to build if you have any knowledge of cabinet construction. Generally looks nicer than comparable units because of the raised face door and drawers. Both front doors can not be used. Only one front door slides on bar. The other side doors open but if you have them blocked by walls they are not accessible. This thing is a monster to put together! I would definitely recommend sliding aside a decent amount of time and having a helper. Ultimately, I’m happy with how it turned out and hopefully our dog will get accustomed to using this instead of its old crate. It looks really nice. Seems sturdy and pretty solid all around but man oh man it was a task to put together. It took a few days spending several hours each day, but I guess in the end it was worth it.. Amanda. Very heavy. Came in 2 boxes. Took 2 of us an hour to put together. Missing directions. Fed ex delivered boxes in pieces. Everytime fedex brings Wayfair the boxes are destroyed. Scratches everywhere but are you gonna wait and send it back and deal with the boxes and tags and no your not so I’m just done ordering from you til you get another delivery company.
