The designer has endowed this chair with great storage space. The upholstered cover allows you to sit comfortably to change shoes and rest. Open the cover and you will see the large capacity storage space. The wooden tabletop next to it can be used to put teacups, books and more. Shoes can be kept intact on the shoe rack.

This is an incredible piece of furniture. Young and old visitors to my home comment on how lovely it looks and how practical it is. I am using it as a coffee table/ottoman in front of my sofa. The storage compartment is quite large (and still empty) while the shelf on the bottom holds my recent magazines. The wooden section is where I place my nighttime tea and snack. It also holds a thin vase of flowers. My son built it in 30 minutes. The bottom shelf could use an extra pair of hands to construct. Stunning and Sturdy!. Deborah. Chetek, WI. Mon Sep 21 2026

This understated accent bench features an art deco style design that will stand out in your space. Crafted from solid oak, the bench makes a bold style statement in any living space. The bench is topped with a row of plush cylindrical pillows upholstered in textured linen and velvet. Holds up to 300 lbs.

I took a chance on an Open Box item and honestly if the measurement weren't off I would love it. It is built very well. I love the velvet fabric and the style. The price I paid was also an excellent deal. It was in brand new condition. The box may have been opened, but the bench had never been out of it. But the measurements are off in both the height and the width. The length of the bench measurement however, was correct. It states the height of the Bench is 18 inches, it is slightly over 17. The depth of the bench it states is 16.5 inches, but it is actually 17.75 inches. So the bench now sits a little short and wide (sticks out from under the table more) for the dining bench I wanted. If this was just for the end of my bed or an entryway bench it would be perfect. It's very stable, incredibly well built and has a lovely comfy seat. Overall it is a very nice bench just not quite what I was hoping for. It did ship quickly and was well packaged and I would by open box items again.. Tam. TN. Tue Jul 14 2026
