This is exactly what I was looking for. It feels very solid. A bit awkward to put it together but doable mainly because of the Allan wrenches with the ninety degree angle hitting the underside of the wood.. Jane. Fernandina Beach, FL. Wed May 13 2026

I knew from other reviews that this was going to be very small! It needed to fit in a very narrow space so I gave it a try. I wear Women’s 7 1/2 and two pairs only fit on a shelf if one shoe goes in sideways - so the picture they provide must have very small shoes in there. But it will work for what I wanted. I threw a bunch of slipper socks in the top storage area and we will see if I can remember that’s where I put them!. Jill. Blue Springs, MO. Sun Jul 12 2026

It’s a great little bench that helps organize some of my husband’s things in our room. My biggest complaint is that the legs are a super cheap plastic material - I wish they were wood. Otherwise, it’s pretty robust.. Jamie. Golden, CO. Sun May 31 2020

Add a touch of modern style to your indoors with this modern coffee-upholstered storage ottoman

Super cool looking! It’s vegan leather and my cat immediately poked a hole in the fabric, but she really latched on (she jumped on it not knowing it would be slick and had to catch herself - sigh) but the material is otherwise supple and has a leather feel and look that works really well. The storage area is small, and it’s taller than other ottomans of like size - which is great! Soft to sit on and soft to accidentally kick in the dark. I would say the color leans more yellow brown than red brown. I love it and especially appreciate its unique retro mod design.. Charles. US. Sat Jul 04 2026

Very nice all wood (cedar maybe?) stool that looks nice enough for the living room. We just needed a small stool in a couple of spots to have a way to reach up and pull the shades down, so this design fit the need perfectly. There was only one small problem, the top of one of the two units had a noticeable large gouge in the top. We are going to keep it anyway since it will not affect the useability as an occasional stepstool for a little additional reach. Thank you to Millwood Pines!. Richard. Woodridge, IL. Sun Jul 26 2026

Sturdy and looks nice. I like it without the top cushion. Fits 8 pairs of size 10 women’s shoes very well. It would not fit larger men’s shoes. Size 11 women’s looks like would be the largest size it can fit. I got professional assembly because it didn’t look super easy to put together.. Shea. San Luis Obispo, CA. Fri Aug 14 2026
