We have a shoeless house so this small benchshoe organizer is perfect without being in the way. It would hold 8 pairs of my size 7 shoes or 6 of my BFs size 10.5. Only his flip flops will fit on top (my sneakers and low heels fit fine). High heels or don’t fit here and I doubt men’s size 11 or larger would fit. The cushion is loose and optional. We will likely add an adhesive if we don’t swap out. I addd contact paper inside to help with wear and tear. The pictures were ok to put together, but at one point I realized I had part of the bottom box wall upsidedown and this was preventing me from being able to screw the base part to the shoe rack box part. I figured it out easily enough but someone may not notice the lineup is wrong like I did and have the same problem. Also, it is almost impossible to screw in one of the top bolts.
