Very Disappointing Quality: After waiting a couple of months for this product to arrive, I am extremely disappointed. I understand that each natural stone piece is unique, but there is a big difference between natural variations and poor craftsmanship. The visible cracks, dark spots, uneven surfaces, and imperfections in the gold-colored frame are simply unacceptable. Just look at the pictures! I expected a beautiful, well-made decorative piece, not something that looks so poorly finished. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the wait!. Liliana. Albuquerque, NM. Fri Oct 23 2026

Handles at either end turn this aluminum tray into something you carry rather than something you set and leave. The burnished brass tone on this tray is beautiful and overall the tray works great for my client.
