Aqua…..beautiful…..wish they offered samples. I Had to buy a box….absolutely fell in LOVE!!! Then sent the box back and ordered 6 more boxes for my project, so they would all be the same dye lot. I was so excited…..Well, I was sent a completely different tile. Not even close to the stunning color of the actual first box sent to me. Very disappointing nonetheless ! We were Inspired by Guastavino's exquisite tile arch when we create our Guastavino tile Collection; Guastavino was a Spanish architect and builder. Based on the Catalan vaults he created the Guastavino tile, a "Tile Arch System" patented in the United States in 1885 and used for constructing robust, self-supporting arches and architectural vaults using interlocking terracotta tiles and layers of mortar. Guastavino tile is found in some of New York's most prominent Beaux-Arts landmarks and in major buildings across the United States. It is used in a huge number of architecturally important and famous buildings with vaulted spaces. Guastavino was not the principal architect for most of the projects.

Roma 3”x12” Matte Subway Satuario Look Tile by Encore Surfaces - Delivery took longer than expected. There was no damages everything was intact. I like the size of these tiles I also like that they are matte. The pattern is not as pictured they are also a bit on the thinner side. I was expecting the grey to be a bit darker as shown in display. I am not very fond of these tiles. I also do recommend ordering a sample before making a large purchase.. Dion. US. Sun Nov 10 2024
