Paid about $3900.00 for this piece, including taxes and white glove delivery. Least favorite purchase from Wayfair. The green color in the picture looks more gray-green in actuality. The underside of the cushions is not upholstered. Seams are obvious generally, but especially so around the nail-head assembly of the arms. If your looking for a plump rolled arm that's nice to lay your head on, this will disappoint -- as will the interior padding and throw pillows. The pillow-fringe is sparse. The fabric feels thin and rough to the touch. It's advertised as a synthetic/cotton mix, but it's hard to feel the cotton. Not a piece around which to center a room or color-scheme. Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space. These chairs are beautiful and very comfortable. Extremely easy to assemble. I bought 4 for our new house and they bring a Serena and Lily vibe to it which I love. One of the chairs backs didn’t slide into the base at first. I thought it was damaged, but we pushed the arms together and it was able to slide into that way and lock itself into place. I highly recommend. These feel very high end and look high end as well. Love love the couch for a small apartment like mine! However, my package was delivered at the bottom of the staircase leaving me to drag the box up the stairs by myself so it was out of the way of the stairwell.
