I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. My sectional was delivered in several packages, on different days, which was a slight inconvenience due to my work schedule. FedEx did not bring the packages to my apartment door, so I had to lug everything to the 3rd floor myself. I was in total shock when one of my packages was left outside of my apartment building (thankfully it was not stolen). The furniture is very firm and sturdy, which means it’ll last longer over time. The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse.
