Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. Love this piece! Adds a nice look to our living room and I love that there is no visible tv in the room. Took us a few hours to install particularly to get the height of the tv just right, but all in all it wasn't that difficult to do. Did not come with a shelf inside for components, which we were disappointed about. We ended up using large velcro strips to fasten our Dish receiver inside and it worked just fine with the remote. We love it It’s absolutely beautiful, only two issues. One was a warning sticker placed on the top of the cabinet, and it was a little bit of a pain to take off. Second was one of the panels pre-drill holes were wrong. I thought it was me at first, but I triple checked everything and I believe maybe these holes were pre-drilled for a different size bed.
