We have a "Florida basement" storage room in our modern organic coastal home that needed a light. This was perfect, nice (not cheap) quality and a little fun. This is a high quality fan light with good features. The light is adjustable in both brightness and warm/cool so I can set it exactly how I like it. Love that feature. It looks really beautiful in my bedroom. The fan puts off a very nice breeze and is very quiet. The downsides: my old traditional ceiling fan had separate switches for the fan and the light, and this fan doesn't work with the second separate fan switch. Also if you turn it off using the wall switch, it preserves the last light setting but not the fan setting, so you would have to turn the fan back on with the remote any time you use the switch. Shout out to the manufacturer and to wayfair. There was an issue with my order missing some of the screws. They resolved my issue quickly and hassle-free. I really appreciate it.. Diana. This ceiling fan is so beautiful! It exceeded my expectations in size quality of construction and aesthetics. The fan is a nice weight not too heavy not too light and the metal is a superior quality and coded so that it will be easy to maintain and clean. The fan blades I believe are plastic but they kind of feel like wood! Installation is a bit tricky though for us since I have to have an electrician come and put a new box in the ceiling,,but we can’t wait to get it completely installed. We tested with alternative power and it’s very quiet and runs smooth. It comes with a remote control which adds to the ease of turning off and on. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase.. Definitely a great find ! The different light brightness settings are great. Doing a little reading make it bright or ready for bed dim the setting.
