It is great once you get it together. The directions are not good. I think who ever created the directions needs to put one together to improve them. It takes a lot of time to put together. I am also disappointed because the screens open and close from the outside?? I am missing some parts have reached out to company but have not heard back. ***** Five stars for quality, but be warned: 1. You will need three or four strong people to put the heavy basic structure together and into place, and two people for the rest of the construction. 2. This is not a weekend project for a DIYer. 3. If you can, hire someone with experience. We did, and it was worth every penny. 4. Instructions were fairly good, but missing some crucial information that took some time to figure out. 5. Once figured out, all parts fit together well and pre-drilled holes lined up. 6. There are lots of painstaking details, like fastening thin pieces of weatherstripping around inside and outside of all plastic panels, to name but one. BUT, once put together, this is a very good-quality, beautiful room. We purchased a ceiling fan that converts to a heater and hope that, here in Ontario, we can use it as a three-season room.. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. Absolutely stunning! The only complaint we have is the assembly. The roof was very difficult to put together and I highly recommend having at least four people to help. There were only two of us and it took 20 hours in two days. The tools provided were an Allen wrench and another tool to hold the bolts. Surprised by how much room there was once the Gazebo was assembled. There was some damage to the bottom of the item due to the delivery but it only impacted the portion of the gazebo material that sits on the ground. However, several sections were missing the velcro pieces preventing the side walls and tip to attach to the main section. I am very happy with how this sunroom came out. It seems pretty durable. I will have to see how it holds up to the snow. This wasn't fun to assemble at all!
