Feels very cheap. The blades click in. They were supposed to have screws for each blade to reinforce it, but we only got 35. I don’t think it’s the best quality but it does the job I guess. The fan works great on the lower settings, but when it’s on the highest setting, it will pause every so often as if recharging. It’s not a big deal, though, because the lower settings produce a good breeze. What I don’t like is the fact that the warm light is not actually warm. It still has that creepy cold LED glow that reminds me of the movie The Shining. I also didn’t like that. There is no pattern on the ceiling from the Crystal looking lampshade. That said, it was a great price, and I am going to move it to a room where I need a ceiling fan but not a light. This light fixture by Willa Arlo is indeed stunning. Upon opening the box, it was amazing at first site. Amazingly large, too! This fixture is exceptionally well built, it’s extremely heavy, well packaged, and beautiful. My husband of 78 years installed it by himself! It took him about 2.5 hours. When it came time to actually lift it, I did help him on a second ladder for no longer than two minutes. It would have taken half that time, but it has to sink into the hub. We both love the fact that the blades are metal, not plastic! Every part of the fixture is quality built. The crystals are preinstalled, no having to mess with adding time consuming hanging. The entire fixture is wrapped, safe guarding the crystals and fixture from any potential damage. As I mentioned this fixture is large. Larger than I had anticipated. I’m not sure if my space is large enough to handle the size. We may have to move it to a larger room. It is a gorgeous, well built, statement piece. One of the most beautiful fixtues that Wayfair has to offer. Yes, it is more expensive than most fixtures. However, I have seen similar fixtures, comparable to this one for over 2,000. This one could fit seemlesy in most rooms and mesh with various decor. It has a strong output for its size. Use LED lights, and you can pretty much set the fan and forget it. The panels look like glass but our plastic making it safer to install and lighter. Highly recommend cool Edison bulbs to really make a statement.
