I love the feel of this sofa and the fabric is exactly what I wanted. 4 stars due to a leg that was loose and fell off. The space for the screw on the wood was too large, fixed it by applying blue tape around the screw to make it thicker and it worked! However, made me lose confidence in the quality of this couch.. Ana. Miami, FL. Mon Sep 28 2026

Okay. The couch itself is absolutely wonderful! It's soft, the color is a wonderful gray and the USB outlets are awesome. Wayfair did a great job of refunding me some money when the couch was delivered defective even though it wasn't a defect that kept me from using the sofa. Product = Great. Customer Service = Phenomenal. My issue is with the "Red Barrel Studio" re-branding. It turns out the sofa is actually the Jackson Furniture Ava Sofa and has a much lower price point at stores nearby. I find that to be slightly questionable and would recommend that customers considering this couch look for the Jackson Furniture version locally first. When I spoke with the customer care team, they said this was pretty common practice which now makes me wonder if I should double check ALL items on Wayfair against local competitors for better prices. All-in-all, I'm hating the game, not the player. The couch is great!. Kylee. Denver, CO. Sun Jul 18 2021

I have had the sofa for a couple of weeks now, so feel I can give it an honest review. The style is not like any other sofa. This has style. Unfortunatley, it is not comfortable to sit on. It is hard, which is better than no support, but not comfortable to sit for any lenghty of time, and not sure the fabric is the best quality for the price. This sofa is in our main sitting area, and it's just my husband an me, but have concerns about the quality. The left arm creaks when someone sits on the left end of the sofa. I see ridges in the cushion where the foam is settling, and this is only after a couple of weeks in a house with no pets and 2 adults. I pulled it out to sweep behind today, and there was white suffing on the floor, which I am thinking came from sofa. I debate on whether I should keep it or not, but I have had my eye on this sofa for several years, just have some conerns and disappontments. Also, if you want this for a tiny space, keep shopping. This is not a dainty sofa, pretty, but not dainty.. Sherrie. Franklin, TN. Sun Oct 04 2026

This recessed arm sofa pairs a clean-lined silhouette with a deep seat to bring a modern look to your living room. It's upholstered in a polyester blend fabric with a basketweave texture, providing a smooth and consistent feel across the frame. The reversible cushions help maintain an even appearance over time, while the solid and engineered wood frame provides a structured foundation. This piece works well in a variety of seating arrangements without overwhelming your floor plan. We also love how the spacious design provides a comfortable spot for relaxing during movie night.

I’ve had these sofas for a year and I’m just now able to do a review so I can better tell you what I think about them. I love them! Granted they are high maintenance, but if you don’t mind that then they’re worth the purchase. By that I mean, you have to fluff the cushions after you’re done sitting because if not the sofa looks sloppy. A typical cloud structured piece. As far as the fabric I got the color Bevin Natural, but it looks like it isn’t available anymore so I’m glad I got it when I did. However, this color has a rough textured fabric and I wish I had opted for a softer one. That would be my only complaint. But the sofa is still comfortable. It’s also huge and the seating is deep. Perfect for lounging. I saw a few reviews about their sofas peeling, but I haven’t ran into that issue after a year. If you do just use a fabric shaver. It’s a common problem. Not just with these. Mine still look almost brand new and I’m very happy with them so far. 9 out of 10, definitely recommend. That one point was because of the maintenance. *When they were delivered one sofa was missing the legs, but Wayfair got them to me immediately with no problem. Customer service was great.. Nikki. Florence, AL. Sun Nov 10 2024

I love the sofa but after delivery I noticed a razor cut on the bottom underneath but overall it’s comfortable and beautiful color. Anonymous. Mon Nov 04 2024
