This is always been a really consistent brand for us. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is it does seem to scratch a little bit easier than I remember. I’ve been using this brand for years and I’m generally really good about caring for my nonstick. It still heats evenly, is a great price for the value you get, and normally really durable.. The stainless steel pan features professional stainless steel construction and an aluminum-encapsulated base for even heating, making it ideal for searing multiple steaks or fish fillets, sautéing larger batches of vegetables, or preparing sauces and one-pan meals, ensuring perfect searing and superior release. Cool Grip handles stay cool to the touch, and the pan is both dishwasher safe and compatible with all stovetops, including induction.

This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat..
