We received this item but haven't had a chance to install it yet. We ordered six boxes, and because I have had issues with tile sheets before, I decided to check each box and each sheet to make sure there were not a ton of flaws. Overall, I was pleased that only a couple of the tiles in a few boxes were scrapped/ had chips. The tile sheets look exactly like the photos. I purchased the Moroccan handmade zellige tiles in the color ‘Oceanside’ from Wayfair for my bathroom floor, and I am thrilled with the result. The beautiful blue hue of the tiles, with plenty of variation, matches the name perfectly—it really does resemble deep blue water on the floor. The tiles arrived well-packaged, with only a few field pieces broken, which wasn’t a major issue. While there were some minor chips on the edges, using a similar color grout and cutting the edges made them blend in nicely, so they’re hardly noticeable. Bejmat tiles are Moroccan subway tiles that have been used since way before subways were a thing and shaped into 2" x 6" bricks that are almost 3/4" thick, and can be used in various patterns. Stagger them, stack them, alternate vertical and horizontal designs or lay them as a standard brick design the choice is yours.
