But assembly was easy and the blue color is very bright and what we expected. The boxes were all smashed when delivered and one piece was damaged. It was replaced free of charge within about a week. I like the style and color. Solid wood was out of my budget, so I went with this and it looks good. I will probably switch out the knobs for something more traditional since the ones it comes with are too modern looking. The box was heavy. Had to open downstairs and carry pieces up two flights of steps. Everything arrived without damage. Assembly took a few hours and my hands were in bad shape after using just a screwdriver. I keep walking by this sideboard buffet cabinet and keep falling in love each time!!! I adore this cabinet! It looks soo beautiful in my dining room, I wonder why I waited so long! The piece is VERY heavy. I was not able to push or pull the box in house, I had to unpack the box outside and bring each piece in separately. It took about an hour to assemble. I didnt need any tools, it came with everything I needed. Pay attention to the directions, there are alot, but it goes quick and easy, the doors dont sit perfectly when you first put them on, the directions show you how you adjust them to perfection AFTER you assemble them. Super easy peesy, just a little heavy, but nothing I couldnt work around. It really made my empty, dull dining room become something that makes me smile. I would recommend this sideboard 1000%!!!.
