I like these curtains but I knocked off one star because the background is a cool white and the description led me to believe that the would be more warm cream or light beige. (Cream bowl for comparison) I think that they will work in my room. Surface of the material is ever so slightly shiny and slippery, definitely a polyester feel. Love these curtains! I added a wand to make them easier to open and close. The design is perfect and the quality are superb. I love the hidden rod pocket. They fit where we live in the trees of GA and do not over power a wall or your decor. They do block out light but at this time of year I don’t have a full understanding of how they will block out the hot sun of summer. I would purchase them again though.
