We love it! It will do double duty in my house! I’m going to have my first great grandson, so I need a rocker for my granddaughter to rock and feed her baby when she comes over for family dinners. I hope to get to use it to rock our sweet baby too! We’ll also use it in the living room for the overflow when it’s needed. It didn’t take long to assemble and it seems to be very good quality. It’s wide enough for a wiggly little boy to sit with his Granna as she reads him a story! The size and the weight capacity of 550lbs drew my attention to this particular piece. Whereas the rocker looks better than the photo, the delivery was hard because the chair came in a huge crate. The crate would not could not fit through our front door, even though it’s extra wide, so I took the crate apart on the porch; lots of staples and screws. The chair is extremely heavy. So it took a very strong son-in-law and two additional people to get the chair down the basement stairs. I had previously looked up the weight on this item and could not find it anywhere. So if you have access to strong people to move the chair and a way to take the crate apart and dispose of the crate parts later, I recommend this chair! It really is beautiful.. Bj. Tue Jul 28 2026
