Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. Just buy this. It’s heaven on earth. Got this so that all four of my dogs could sit on the same couch. Before, i had a reclining leather couch that my husky/GSD mix and two pugs sat with me on and my huge GSD had his own matching leather recliner, but I felt bad that he had to be separate. Best decision of my life. I did buy a bunch of throw pillow to go on it to add to the cloud-like comfort. The only minus? This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. The couch was delivered very quick and all pieces came within a day of wach other. I paid $780 for a new couch which will do for a couple years until I can upgrade.. Emily. ND. Fri Aug 21 2026
