Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. Has anyone figured out how to fix it Took it apart, oiled screws and put back together and still isn’t working the same. This was exactly what I had in mind for a garden sculpture. It was fairly ready to assemble and put in the ground. It rotates result in the wind and is a much fun to watch as they said in the product description.
