Absolutely love this table! Purchased this with the intentions of moving into our newly built home shortly after and ended up rental hopping several times before construction was finally finished. We had to move this table each time from rental to rental (it’s definitely heavy!) and we kept it in its original wood box it came in without opening it. Even thru the 3 different times it was moved it had zero damage when we finally pulled it out of the box. The surface is super smooth and it’s surprisingly not as cold as I thought it would be. The table is fantastic. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. Looks great too. And the color and finish is exactly what I was hoping for it to be. However, the delivery process was a failure. I ordered the table in middle of June understanding that it would be arriving between 6/26-7/2. I was then given a date of 6/26/25 for delivery but it never showed up. Then I was told it wouldn't show up until 7/16/25! I ended up having to drive a couple hours to pick it up from a warehouse as I needed it for a special occasion. Thankfully, I was able to get it and all is well. But Wayfair needs to be better about delivery if they can't make the delivery timeframe shown when ordering. The table was just delivered and it is a beautiful design and great size. However, there is definitely a manufacturing defect with the legs- the legs form the last wood slats on each end of the table, and neither end is aligned :/ Each side is “off” by a bit, and the gaps are not symmetrical. Seems sloppy at this price point. Not sure what to do now given no more stock to replace for same and other reviews indicating aimilar problems across all of them— indicating it’s a mfr defect more than a one-off. Another note- four big screws are super visible on each side. Would be nice if manufacturer made those inset or had a cap to make them less visible. I like this sturdy table and it is a good value. It exactly matches the online images and description. It is straightforward to assemble and came with all the hardware and tools needed. I assembled it alone without any problem it took about 1 hour. I purchased it as an Open Box item which is always hit or miss since Wayfair typically does not perform a thorough inspection of returned items. I was concerned it was going to be damaged because the box was making terrible metal on metal banging sounds upon delivery. It appeared to have been very well packed originally and had foam wrapped around and cable tied to the various pieces however, the original purchaser had cut the cable ties and removed the foam and Styrofoam packing materials. All those loose parts and detached packing materials were thrown back into the box almost no parts of the table were secure (hence the metal on metal banging sounds).
