These curtains look bad in my pictures because they need to be steamed. I would rather not iron them because of the rubber backing. They are definitely blackout curtains. Panel width is the finished width between the first pleat to the last. At least 2X of fabric width are used to make pleats and folds, which are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats for a more elegant and aesthetic look.
