The two wooden leg panels supporting the table have a decorative metal base in a burnished bronze finish. The upholstered seat appears to gently curve within the wooden arms and frame providing lower lumbar support and a soft curvature of the back legs as they taper towards the floor.

It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place..
