I purchased for a home flip. It is heavy and appears to be a good value. Seems like it could hold up to pots and dished being put into but cant say how long as I will not be the one using it or if it scratches easy. I am happy with it for the install and look.. Nikki. Largo, FL. Mon Sep 27 2021

Sink arrived with a large dent on the side. Looks as if it was dropped!! Was going to return but since an under mount sink, contractor was able to install such that the dent is not apparent. Besides this, sink is great. Have never experienced a delivery issue from Wayfair before. Would be 5 stars if it arrived in good condition.. Stephanie. Stone Mountain, GA. Wed Oct 06 2021

This was my first Wayfair experience. Due to no fault of Wayfair, since their outer shipping carton was very well insulated but the original Elkay packaging was not, the sink arrived with damaged corners which probably occured in the warehouse. I took photos and was prepared for a hassle since this was all on line. I called Wayfair and they immediately ordered a replacement and did not require me to return the damaged sink. This is extraordinary customer service and even though I had to wait a bit, since the item was no longer in stock, the second one arrived in great shape. The sink looks great and was easy to install. I just wish that Elkay packed the product better in the first place.Great recovery wayfair.com I will definitely purchase again.. Wayfair Fan. NJ. Fri Dec 12 2014
