Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. I ordered this sofa in Java (Navy blue). Came in earlier than expected but I was able to reschedule delivery very easily. Communication for delivery was great. I was able to track it right to my house and got a call 30 minutes out . The quality of Braxton Culler is great. It’s a very comfortable couch. Love that it is Made in USA! The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. After trying out this Sleep Sofa at the Lazy Boy store, I was happy to see it offered by Wayfair. Although Wayfair doesn’t allow you to customize fabric selection, I was fine with the neutral color it came in. This “mini sectional” is adjustable for left or right chaise. It wasn’t as firm as I remembered from the showroom, but, that could be due to the difference in fabrics. Delivery was fantastic- they brought it in, setup and removed the debris promptly. I'm absolutely in love with this sofa! I was nervous because it didn't have a ton of reviews but I'm glad I took the chance because it looks so much more expensive than it is and is very comfortable and cozy. I wanted an ivory sofa but I was scared because I'm accident prone, so I got the conversational Ivory, which gives my space the overall lightness but a little less obvious if I spill something on it. My sister even slept on the couch the first 2 nights I had it and found it very comfy. Update ---- Last two photos show how the sofa aged after 4 years.
