We spray painted metal towers and covered shelves with white wood grain contact paper to lighten up this dark set. Quite easy to put together with two people with half stands propped on ottoman. Did put together top and bottom with holes facing wrong way and had to remove and flip one bottom tower so that joining screws found holes. Very wobbly and definitely anchored to wall on either side. This thing is fantastic looking. Took a while to arrive but it looks great above our wet bar. The only wrinkle is that there are only 2 small screws holding it to the wall, so it can't take much weight at all.
