The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I would recommend this bed to anyone but be mindful of scheduling and delivery options because it is very heavy if you dont live on the first floor with no elevator that will be an issue.. Lynne. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend. First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly.
