Bring dull knives back to confident cutting. A dull knife can slow down prep, tear instead of slice, and make even familiar tasks feel less controlled. The Chef'sChoice Model 320 Electric Knife Sharpener gives you a guided way to restore a sharper edge on 20-degree class straight-edge and serrated knives without needing to master manual sharpening technique. Its compact electric design fits easily on the counter, so it is ready when your kitchen knives, household knives, or everyday utility blades start losing their bite. Instead of guessing at angle or pressure, you draw the knife through precision guides that help position and steady the blade for a more consistent result. Stage 1 uses 100% diamond abrasives to create the first bevel efficiently. Stage 2 hones and polishes the second bevel, leaving an arch-shaped edge designed for strength, control, and longer-lasting performance in everyday use. The result is a sharper knife that feels more capable the next time you slice vegetables, portion meat, cut crusty bread, or refresh a frequently used pocket or sporting knife. Guided angle control helps deliver a consistent edge with less guesswork. 100% diamond abrasives shape and refine efficiently for fast, repeatable sharpening. Two stages build, hone, and polish the edge for a stronger arch-shaped finish. Compact electric design stores easily and stays secure on the work surface during sharpening. Use the Chef'sChoice Model 320 Electric Knife Sharpener when your 20-degree class straight-edge and serrated knives begin to drag, crush, or slip instead of cutting cleanly. Chef'sChoice backs Model 320 with a Three-Year Limited Warranty, giving you added confidence in daily ownership and long-term support.

Once upon I time I could sharpen my knifes to razor sharpness by hand. Decades later my hands are no longer steady enough to do that. I spent 10 minutes reading the instructions and then ten minutes getting two 8" knives sharper than I could do it by hand. After using it a few more times I'll be able to get a knife sharp in under a minute. Seriously, I think I'll be able to sharpen a knife as fast as a professional chef does with one of their sharpening rods. And, I paid less for this than my diamond stones I use for planes and chisels.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 03 2026

The precisely formed conical diamond abrasive disks gently apply optimal sharpening pressure, guaranteed to never detemper the edge. Highly-precise knife guides automatically position and stabilize the knife as you sharpen for fast, foolproof results. Three-stage system provides professional results at home by sharpening kitchen and sports knives quickly and easily. Adjustable blade selector provides optimum sharpening angles. The blade selector adjusts the guides to the perfect angle needed for precision sharpening. Select thick for hunting knives, medium for chef's knives and standard kitchen knives, and thin for light blades like fillet or paring knives. Simply draw the knife through each slot a few times to achieve a razor-sharp edge. Stage 1 begins the sharpening process with a Sapphirite coarse-grinding wheel to create the proper angle. Stage 2 continues sharpening with a Sapphirite medium-grinding wheel giving the blade a precise edge. Stage 3 completes the process with an extra fine-grit ceramic wheel polishing the blade to an exact, razor-sharp edge.

I bought this about a month ago and it seems that the fine wheel is scarring up the blade. If I use the second wheel it is pretty sharp but I'd like to be able to use the fine wheel. Maybe you guys can replace this one. I had a buddy recommend this to me and his works perfect.. King. Sat Oct 11 2025
